Our Classes

Think Fit has two main programs that support all types of health and fitness goals.

Fitness sessions and Strength sessions can be enjoyed individually or in collaboration with each other.

Fitness Sessions

All sessions are full-body workouts incorporating both cardio and strength movements. This keeps the heart rate up and the fat burning.

The sessions are a blend of Traditional Bootcamp infused with smart, safe Functional Training.

Strength Sessions

Coached in a Semi-Private format, Strength is a unique fitness system that gives you the benefits of one-on-one training in a small group environment. It’s Small Group Personal Training at its best!

Here you will be working on your goals through functional strength training with close coach supervision.

The small group environment helps to bring out your hidden competitive streak, motivation and social accountability.

  • Book a call no sweat intro session! That way we can understand you, your goals, and your starting point.

  • All sessions have progression and regression options available. Depending on your current fitness ability and injury level, we always have option to either increase or decrease the intensity for you.

  • 45-minutes designed for busy people to get the most out of their training.

  • This varies as each human is unique in their ability.

    We will need to have a intro session which includes a movement consultation to assess your injury and movement capability.

    If we deem it too high of a risk, we will require you to see a Physio or Chiro for clearance and recommendations.

    Our STRENGTH Program is designed to help rehab and recondition most common injuries and muscle imbalances while increasing strength, mobility and performance.

  • Classes can be tailored to your fitness level.

    We encourage people to take regular rests when starting so they don’t burn themselves out. We want to be in this with you for the long haul. You should look forward to training, not dreading it.
