All sessions are full body workouts. We incorporate both cardio and strength movements to keep the heart rate up and the fat burning.

TeamFit

Work together to complete the workout of the day. Push each other to beat the clock or complete the most amount of reps/rounds possible in the time period given.

SandFit

Functional training sandbags are used as a core part of this workout. Great for overall body toning and strength building.

BATTLEFIT

Primarily battle rope training. Great for building strength, power and speed - all whilst burning a ton of calories.

KettleFit

Kettle bells are the central point of focus for this style of workout. Great for developing co-ordination and power whilst building up your fitness and endurance.

Boxing

Improve co-ordination and boxing skills whilst improving general fitness. This sessions is guaranteed to work up a sweat and burn some calories.
